OUR STORY

OUR STORY

Our international fusion cuisine is born from the inspiration of founders Jana & Jonny. Originally from the rich cultural country of Ecuador, our founders have always dreamt to bring the taste from their origins to their adopted hometown of East Lyme, a village that welcomed them with open hearts, and allowed for their children to be raised in this wonderful community full of love, hope and inspiration. We are proud to be a part of this amazing village.

Jana & Jonny are very passionate about fine cuisine, and as such Rossa Negra aims to become a place that you will love; a gathering spot for family and friends, and a celebration location for all your special occasions and life events. At Rossa Negra our guests will enjoy the pleasure of fusion cuisine and flavors inspired from our home and our hearts, to yours.
